All refunds and transfer requests are handled by the event organiser. Whether you're registered as a Member in our website or you bought your tickets as a Guest, you can request a refund or transfer your tickets to another event. Please note that each event has their own refund policy which you need to check prior to requesting a refund. Some organisers will implement a No Refund Policy and some will accept and approve refund requests at least 1 day prior to the event. In the event that the ticket holder is no longer able to attend due to some unforeseen circumstances, they can submit their refund request as long as they are still within the refund policy set by the event organiser. Otherwise, the option to request refunds will no longer be available.
This is why we offer Refund Protect. It is an optional service offered to ticket purchasers by Sticky Tickets during the booking process and it allows the purchaser the ability to upgrade their cancellation rights by protecting their ticketing costs if they are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances.
