Once you successfully bought a ticket for an event, an email confirmation is sent to the email address where a copy of your e-ticket/s and receipt will be attached. If you didn't receive the email confirmation, you can:


If you bought the tickets as a Guest (no account with Sticky Tickets):

  •  You can contact us through the Contact us page, call or send us a message via chat, we will help find your tickets



For Member Accounts (make sure that you are logged in to your account or use the same email when you booked your tickets)

  • Click on the 'My Tickets' tab (sign in if you haven't already)



  • Once you log in you'll be taken to the My Tickets page, where you can view current and past tickets.


Please note: For receipts that are more than 12 months old you will need to use our contact us form, and we will also be happy to resend your tickets if you are unable to locate them.
