Once you successfully bought a ticket for an event, an email confirmation is sent to the email address provided, and a copy of your e-ticket/s and receipt will be attached. If you didn't receive an email confirmation, you can:


If you bought the tickets as a Guest (no account with Sticky Tickets):

 

    1. Go to our website and click on the My Tickets tab. You can locate your tickets by searching for the order number, or enter the credit card details you used to make the purchase. Please note that all fields on each option are required. 



    2. Once found, you can view and download the copy of your receipt and e-tickets


For Member Accounts (make sure that you are logged in to your account or use the same email when you booked your tickets)


    1. Click on the 'My Tickets' tab and click on the Sign In button (if you haven't already)



    2. Once you log in, you'll be taken to the My Tickets page, where you can view current and past tickets. You can also see options to download your tickets and receipt.




Please note: For receipts that are more than 12 months old you will need to use our contact us form, and we will also be happy to resend your tickets if you are unable to locate them.
