There are many reasons why you may need to cancel your event and refund tickets. This option will cancel your entire event – to refund individual tickets click here.


To cancel your event that has no ticket sales:

  • Login to your Sticky Tickets Account
  • Select the Live event you would like to cancel
  • Click on the Cancel Event button
  • Enter your login password to complete the cancellation

To cancel an event with ticket sales:
  • Login to your Sticky Tickets Account
  • Select the Live event you would like to cancel
  • Click on the Cancel Event button


  • On the next page, you will be required to choose the refund type.
    • Part Refund (less 2% or $1.00 whichever is higher) - with this option, the purchaser will receive their refund, less 2% or $1.00 (from the ticket price and booking fee) whichever is higher. You will be asked to enter your login password and a short message for the purchaser which will be included in the email notification sent to the purchaser/s.


  • Full Refund - with this option, the purchaser will receive a full refund and the organiser will shoulder the merchant fee/administration costs (2% or $1.00 whichever is higher) and will be required to enter their credit card details. You will also be asked to enter a short message for the purchaser that will be included in the notification.


Important:

  • Once you have completed the cancellation process it generally takes 72 hours to process all refunds. You will be notified by email when this has occurred.
  • There will be a non-refundable merchant fee and administration cost of 2% or $1.00 whichever is higher
