There are many reasons why you may need to cancel your event and refund tickets. This option will cancel your entire event – to refund individual tickets click here.


To cancel your event that has no ticket sales:



  • Login to your Sticky Tickets Account
  • Select the Live event you would like to cancel
  • Click on the Cancel Event button
  • Enter your login password to complete the cancellation



To cancel an event with ticket sales:
  • Login to your Sticky Tickets Account
  • Select the Live event you would like to cancel
  • Click on the Cancel Event button


  • On the next page, you will see a message ribbon summarizing the total number of tickets and amount that will be refunded. If you have sufficient funds to refund all the tickets, all you need to do is to enter your login password and the message you wish to include in the email notification then click on Cancel event.

  • If your event does not have sufficient funds to issue refunds, the next page will show a summary of the tickets which will be refunded, you will then be asked to provide your Credit Card details so that you can be billed the shortfall amount.



Please note: Once you have completed the cancellation process it generally takes 48 hours to process all refunds. You will be notified by email when this has occurred.
