If you have chosen to allow your customers to add individual names to tickets purchased, then you may need to change them if someone enters an incorrect name, or a request is made to change to another name.

 

To change ticket details follow these steps:


· Log in to Sticky Tickets

· Click on the event you wish to change ticket names for

 


  • Click the Sales List menu or if you on the Summary page you can click the Sales link


  • Find the sale you wish to make changes to and click the order number


  • Select Edit Order


  • Make the necessary changes and select Save Changes.


You can now click on the Back link on the left menu to return to the list of sales.
