Apart from the 3 images you can display on your event page, you can also insert other images and video into your event description. Assuming that you have already created your event page, you will now need to edit the details as follows: 

From the My Events page, select your event  



If your event is pending you will be on the event 'edit' page automatically, however if your event is already live you will need to select the Edit Event link. 




Click on the Description section to begin editing 



Now that you are editing the Description section, you can insert an image or a video into the description/text area by following the steps below:

Uploading an image from your computer

Click inside the description box to position the cursor where you would like to insert the image. Then click the image icon on the toolbar. 


Press the Browse button (or 'Choose File' in some browsers) Please note: Only images in JPEG, PNG and GIF formats can be used.


Select the image from your computer, wait for the upload to complete, and select Insert  


Link to an existing image on a website

Click inside the description box to position the cursor where you would like to insert the image. Then click the image icon on the toolbar. 



Press the Link button.




Enter the full URL of the image and then click Insert.


The image will be displayed in the event description. 



Inserting Video

Click inside the description box to position the cursor where you would like to insert the video. Then click the video icon on the toolbar. 


In the pop up window paste in your Video Embed Code and then click 'insert'



Different video hosting websites have different code for embedding video. The instructions below are for youtube. 
i) Locate the video you wish to embed on youtube 
ii) Click the 'share' button 
iii) Click the 'embed' option 

iv) Copy the embed code




Your video will now be displayed in the description
