If a customer has lost their email with tickets and their receipts follow these steps:
· Log in to Sticky Tickets.
· Click on the event you wish to re-send tickets/receipts for.
· Click the Sales List menu on the event summary page.
the next page you will find a list of ticket sales. Click the blue order number
link to see all the tickets for this sale.
- Click Resend Order
You can either resend to the same email address or enter a different email address.
- Click on Send Order
