If a customer has lost their email confirmation with tickets and their receipts or you updated the ticket/purchaser details and you wish to resend them their tickets, you can watch our quick demo, or follow the steps listed below:
1. Log in to Sticky Tickets account and open the event you are working on.
2. Go to 'Sales List' tab in the left panel
3, Search for the Order Number or name of the purchaser you want to resend the tickets to and click on the Order Number to open the details
4. In the Order Detail's page, click on the Resend Order button
5. You can either resend the confirmation email to the same email address or enter a different one, then click on the Send Order button.
Note: If you enter a different address and would like to keep this as the new/correct email address of the purchaser, check the Save email address checkbox
