If a customer has lost their email with tickets and their receipts follow these steps:

 

· Log in to Sticky Tickets.


· Click on the event you wish to re-send tickets/receipts for.


· Click the Sales List menu on the event summary page.



  • On the next page you will find a list of ticket sales. Click the blue order number link to see all the tickets for this sale.



  • Click Resend Order


  • You can either resend to the same email address or enter a different email address.
  • Click on Send Order
