If your event tickets are being displayed as 'Sold Out', this could be because either the number of tickets available, or the event capacity has been reached. Please log in to your event and follow these steps to adjust: 



There are a couple of reasons why your event tickets may be displayed as sold out:

A. The Event Capacity has been reached, which means that the number of tickets you have sold equals the Event Capacity you set for your event.

B. The Ticket Capacity you set for your ticket types have been reached


To fix this, you can follow the steps below:


1. Log in and open the event you are working on. Then go to the Edit Event tab in the left menu 

2. Scroll down to the Ticketing section and click the Edit icon.



3. Increase the number you set in the Event Capacity field, then click on Save. If this was the issue, please refresh your event page, and your tickets should show as on sale once again. If not, please take the steps below:



If tickets are till not showing:


4. Under the Ticket Type list, click on the Edit icon for the ticket type that is showing as sold out. Increase the ticket capacity field to reflect how many tickets you would like to sell. Then click on Save Changes




Please note: Group tickets should be calculated based on the following example: For 8 tables with 10 seats, the tickets available would be 80. This represents the total number of individual tickets available for this group ticket type.
