This could be because the number of tickets available has been reached (this is different to the event capacity). Please log in to your event and follow these steps:

  • Go to the Edit Event link on the left menu 
  • Scroll down to the Ticket section and click to Edit 
  • Check that the tickets available for the specific ticket that is displaying as sold out is correct 
  • Make any necessary changes and select Save Changes

Please note: Group tickets should be calculated like this example: For 8 tables with 10 seats the tickets available would be 80. This represents the total number of individual tickets available for this group ticket type.
