There are times when the bank will miss a number or letter making the code incorrect and unusable. In this instance, please contact us for support.
Make sure to mention that you have in fact received a deposit into your account, so we can verify your bank account details for you. If you have not received the deposit then try the following:
1. Log in to Sticky Tickets
2. Click on the Organiser Settings link on the left menu
3. Click on the Bank Details link
4. Check to ensure that the bank details entered are correct
If they are not correct then do the following:
1. Click on Change Bank Details
2. Change the bank details and click Save Changes.
3. You now need to go through the bank verification process again. Click here for more details on how to verify your bank details
