When first installing the app if all permissions requested by the check-in application are not accepted the app will not work. There have been reports with the latest iOS release that users can now untick permissions, noteable the Camera permission. If the check-in app does not have access to your camera, the app upon trying to open it will flash our Sticky Tickets logo and then close again. If this is happening on your device please follow the steps below to remedy the issue.

On your iOS device locate and open the Settings App

Scroll down until you locate the Sticky Tickets Application and tap on it

Change the Camera settings to on mode

Now tap on the home button and proceed to open the Sticky Tickets Check In app, the app should open and request an Operator QR Code. Should you still be experiencing issues please contact support@stickytickets.com.au
