There are two ways to request a refund, through the event organiser, or through Sticky Tickets Secure My Refund if you have opted in for enhanced cancellation rights at the time of purchase.


Through Event Organiser

Purchasers can send their refund requests to the organiser, as long as it falls within the Refund Policy posted. Refund Policies are shown on the event page (see below), email confirmation, receipt and on the e-ticket.



As a Member (registered member on the Sticky Tickets website), you can send your refund request by following the steps below (see further down for Non Member Refunds):


1. Log in to your Sticky Tickets account and go to the My Tickets tab, then click the Refund Request button of the Order you wish to request the refund for. 



2. On the Refund Request page, enter the required fields below and select the ticket/s you are requesting the refund for.


  • Refund Reason - Select the reason for the refund request
  • Tickets - Select all or which tickets you wish to be refunded
  • Message - Add a brief message to the event organiser


Important: Please note that there is a 1.5% non-refundable merchant and administration cost deducted from the refund. 


Click on the 'Continue' button and the next page will summarise the request. You can click the Confirm button to send the request to the organiser.


3.  Once done, your request will be sent to the event organiser for review and approval. You can check the status of your request on this page, however, you also will receive an email notification informing you of the outcome.



Non Member Refunds: If you didn't register on our website as a member, you can still submit your refund request. To do this:


1. Go to the Sticky Tickets website and click on the My Tickets tab. You can locate your tickets by searching for the order number or enter the credit card details you used to make the purchase. Please note that all fields on each option are required. 



2. Once your tickets are found, click on the Refund Request button. 


3. On the Refund Request page, enter the required fields below and select the ticket/s you are requesting the refund for.



  • Refund Reason - Select the reason for the refund request
  • Tickets - Select all or which tickets you wish to be refunded
  • Message - Add a brief message to the event organiser

  • Click on the Continue button and the next page will summarise the request. You can click on the Confirm button to send the request to the organiser.

Through Secure my Refund

If you opted in for Secure my Refund at the time of purchase and were unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you can apply for a refund through Secure My Refund. To do so, please follow the steps below:


1. In the My Tickets tab (once you logged in as a Member or search for your tickets as a guest), take note of your ticket numbers then click the APPLY FOR REFUND (Through Secure My Refund) button.


 2. This will take you to the next page where you will fill out the details of your refund application.


  • Select the ticket/tickets you want to apply a refund for
  • Select the reason for your claim
  • Enter the banking details where we can send your refund once approved
  • Add some additional details about your circumstance
  • Attach some documents (image, pdf, doc, etc.…) to support your application
  • Once all are filled out you can click the Continue button

3. The next page will be a summary of your application. You can review them and once ready, you can click the Submit button.


 

4. Once submitted, you will see the status of your refund application. You can check on this from time to time to see the changes/updates on your application.
