Once a purchaser submits a request to transfer their tickets to another event, you can review and process them within your Sticky Tickets account. To do this, you can watch our quick demo, or follow the steps listed below:



1. Log in to your Sticky Tickets account and go to the Transactions > Refund/Xfer Requests tab



2.  The page will list all Pending, Approved and Declined requests (both transfer and refund requests).



3. Once you click on the Approved button, the next page will summarise the transaction, and will allow you to enter a short/brief message to the purchaser. To complete the transfer, click on the Approve button.



4. Should you decide to decline the request, simply click on the Declined button



The next page will summarise the transaction and will ask you to select a reason before completing the transaction.
