As we are certain many of you are more than aware, the impact of the COVID 19 situation on the events industry has been unprecedented and enormous. Our thoughts go out to all of you who have been affected and we hope that you are at the very least healthy and safe.
As a business, we are taking significant measures to adapt in order to continue providing services to those of you that need us, however, please take note that we have had to make various operational changes in order to prioritise health and safety. We are confident that this should not impact our usual amazing support standards, although if there are any outlying cases, your understanding and patience will be very much appreciated.
We do insist that all our event organisers prioritise health and safety by operating strictly within the restrictions and advice provided by the Australian Government and health organisations, and for those of you who are still in a position to run your events safely we are here and ready to help.

• Postponing their events until a later date. This saves both themselves and their guests the work involved in cancelling then re-processing bookings in future.
• Changing their events to an online or virtual format. Although not appropriate in all circumstances it is in many and is often welcomed by attendees due to the increased safety and convenience that an online session provides. There are some great free tools available to assist such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Facebook Live.
